What this site collects (almost nothing), the newsletter, the SouverainBox quote request, cookie-free statistics and the person responsible for your personal information.

archipelonline.com presents Archipel’s programs, their training and their news. You don’t need an account to browse it.

No cookies

This site places no cookies in your browser. Visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without following you from site to site.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we keep your email address, the language you chose, the dates you subscribed and confirmed, and the version of the consent text you accepted. Nothing else: no name, no open or click tracking.

  • Why: to send you news about Archipel’s programs, when there is some.
  • Where: on an Archipel AI server in Lévis, Québec.
  • Service provider: emails are sent through Resend, in the United States. Resend receives your address and the content of the email when it is sent, for sending only.
  • How long: until you unsubscribe. A subscription that is never confirmed is deleted after 7 days.
  • Unsubscribing: a link in every email, which works in one click. Your address is then deleted.

SouverainBox quote request

If you request a quote in the SouverainBox configurator, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, your company’s name, your email address, your phone number, the delivery address if you give one, your needs in a few words, as well as the kit, models and options you chose and the number of people. Nothing is collected until you press “Get my quote”; choosing a kit or an option never leaves your browser.

  • Why: to produce your quote, send it to you by email and call you back to confirm the configuration and the lead time. Nothing else: no newsletter without your subscription, no sharing for commercial purposes, no profiling.
  • Where: the quote is calculated on the fly by our host, Cloudflare, which keeps no copy of it; it is then sent by email to you and to Archipel AI, in Lévis, Québec, which keeps it in its mailbox and its customer records.
  • Service providers: Resend, in the United States, for sending the emails: it receives both emails when they are sent, for sending only. Cloudflare, in the United States, hosts the site and processes the request without keeping it.
  • If you accept the quote: you can accept it on screen by ticking the box “I have read the quote and the conditions” and typing your full name, which counts as an electronic signature within the meaning of Québec’s Act to establish a legal framework for information technology. We then receive the name you typed, the date and time, the IP address of your connection and the fingerprint of the accepted document, with a “Quote accepted” copy sent to your email address. This acceptance is not a payment. These details are used only to prove what was accepted, and by whom.
  • How long: three years after the date of the quote if it is not followed by a purchase; otherwise, the duration of the business relationship, then the retention periods the law imposes on invoices.
  • Your rights: to access, correct or have these details deleted, or to withdraw your consent, by writing to the person in charge below. We answer within 30 days.
